One of the reasons I only wear Nike thights. They have a pocket with a zipper and laces in the waistband so the pants don't come down when you are running.

That would only be if you extremely overdo it on the protein or don't drink enough. I noticed the same thing: since I am eating more lean meats I usually go over the proteine limit too. Mind you we are talking about around 150 grams of meat/chicken/fish per day, so should not be a problem. I just assumed mfp has that…

I am 42 and do most of my working out at home. Which sometimes makes me feel guilty because I do have a gym membership. But it's so much nicer to go out and run and do abs after that in the living room :) Feel free to add me.
