I was on it for 10 years. I was actually under weight but gained 15 lbs in 4 months at the end. That is when I went off of it. Eat a more balanced diet.

This may sound crazy but I swear by it since it has helped me out many of times. Instead of laying in bed, tossing, turning looking at the clock and saying to myself that I cant sleep, I lay there with my eyes closed and say to myself repeatedly that I have to stay awake. Its a paradoxical effect. Wouldn't hurt to try it.

Give it a few more days. Probable just your hormones acting up. Take some ice chips to work with you tomorrow and chomp on them or eat some peanut butter on celery. This too shall pass.

I don't take the "starvation mode" too serious. With a calorie deficit, you will loose weight. You are not starving yourself and your metabolism doesn't actually stop. It may slow down a bit so make sure you are doing some strength training. I was stuck at a weight for 3 weeks. I woke up today and dropped 5 lbs overnight.…
