The highest weight I've used is 30lb. Smallest is 5 lb. when you start 5's, 10's, and possibly 15's would be a good place to start with dumbells. You can use them instead of EZ curl bar too

Month 2 is more intense and longer workouts. Perhaps take 2-3 weeks off from it

Complex lower done yesterday!!! Holy smokes that's a leg burner. Feeling it today. Excited for yoga to stretch out the soreness today

90 days of x3 done !! I'm debating on starting elite block today or tomorrow

My weights for block one ranged from 5 lb-15lb

Pilates x today:) not too bad, like that's it's core centered

I'm 5'8 was 135, now up to 142 from diet changes and gaining muscle mass

Tried complex lower yesterday, what an awesome leg burner! My buns are sore today . Triometrics on tap today to wrap up week 11 of block. 3!!

Week 11, day 1-Decelerator done. My butt needs to get back on track nutrition-wise. Not eating cleanest past few weeks:(

I'm considering doing this program. Currently doing x3. I got awesome results from the lifting involved with p90x, p90x3 doesn't have much lifting compared to it:(. Time-wise, how long do the workouts typically last?

Cvx yesterday- stuck it out with 8lb even though I wasn't feeling well. Yoga on tap today to wrap up transition week:) bring on block 3!!
