Insanity advice!

Hi!
New to MFP, started using the app to track my diet and discovered that the message boards were full of useful advice and tips.
I am doing Insanity (Please feel free to add me if you are too and can offer any advice, or want support!) and am about to enter the recovery week before month 2. Month 1 went very well, except when I had to take a week break due to an ankle injury. My ankle is fine now except for a lingering "tight" feeling and I completed month 1 with good results. My question is, do I take a complete break to let my ankle get back back to 100% before going on with month 2 (which I want to hit hard!) or just push through on schedule?
I was considering either 1 week of just yoga then do recovery week before going on, or alternating 1 day of the recovery disk with 1 day of yoga so that I don't lose too much fitness but giving myself some extra healing time.
Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks!

Did you hurt your ankle while doing insanity?
If yes, then you should already know the answer. Jumping around for 50 minutes is not the prescribed treatment for bad ankles.

Month 2 is more intense and longer workouts. Perhaps take 2-3 weeks off from it0
