  • Yeah, I always take the lower one, and also, I usually under estimate the time that I actually worked out. Like I'll ride my bike for at least 1/2 hour but I'll put in here that I only rode for 15 minutes. That way I don't over estimate and also don't over eat, I usually try not to eat too many of my work out calories…

  • OMG! me too! I HATED drinking water. I would drink soda or sweet tea all the time, but the thought of drinking water, UGH! I hated it! I'm started to LOVE it now though, and usually drink at least 3 liters a day! And losing lots of weight too! :) I'll take the water also, for those results! :)
  • I think a few of my hardest habits to break were always asking my niece to grab something for me, even if it was just a few feet away, I try my best to get off my butt and get it myself now.   • It's just like any bad habit that we have. You have to replace it with something else. If you know work is stressful, then pack healthy snacks and munch on that thru stressful times during the day. Then also, DRINK water, always have a cup of water or bottle by you. It'll make it a little easier for you!
