    Bellpeppers, carrrots-baby,
  • I like to roll into the office stocked on broccoli and carrots like you, but I added sliced red peppers, cucumbers, and lately hummus! It's hard to make myself eat it, but I always feel great on the days I do...

I generally combine tomatoes with red bell peppers and add some pressed/dried cottage cheese (has the texture of feta, with out the high salt) and some mustard and it is simply a delightful salad.

Those are the ones I usually pack as well.

    I also love cauliflower raw.
I can also eat a whole bag of baby spinach, I just eat the leaves right out of the bag, yum!!
    cucs are alright
radishes are good, I like to cut them up into really thin slices

those are about all I eat raw, I will be looking forward to the other ideas

I will be totally honest and say I don't enjoy eating vegetables at all, and even less raw. BUT as a vegetarian, I have to make myself eat most of them (peppers are completely out of the question, though), and they are ok. But great? No.

cucumbers, celery hearts, cauliflower, peppers, radishes, onions. I like to chop everything up and then put a splash of white wine vinegar, olive oil and fresh black pepper on for a tart taste!
