  • Good for you! I am restarting today and am Only aiming for 10 lbs to start and then we will see from there. From yo yo ing experience I find it easier to start with small goals. Keep it up!
  • I’m starting seriously the intermittent fasting diet eating only between 11am-7pm. It worked well for me before and I felt great! Starting with a goal of 10 then we will see. I’m 180 now want to be 150. Baby steps!

  • I have been binge-zing on pizza. About once a week my husband and I eat a whole big pizza with pepperoni, tomatoes, feta cheese, black olives, artichoke hearts and spinach and mushrooms. BUT I make a cauliflower crust! Almost no carbs!:love: :flowerforyou:

  • Hi, I am going in for a removal of a duct in my breast . The surgeon said that is the only way to cure the discharge that is coming out, and the only way to rule out cancer. Has anyone else had this? Compared to other posts it seems trivia but I am worried about it. Thanx for your reply.

  • It's not the end of the world, it happens to us all. You might try to keep a journal and plan out your day and take healthy snack s with you. That helps me!
