Hello

I am a 'newbie' to MyFitness -- I'm trying to tighten-up and lose approximately 20lbs. Today is my second day and I am truly excited about this way of losing weight. I'm going on my 3.5 mile hike in an hour!! :smile: :smile:

    Hi, I am a brand new old member, that is I used to be a member, then quit and went to Weight Watchers, and got tired of paying all the money and not losing weight! And I guess in years, I am old too, but don't feel like it, and as a matter of fact feel younger every day. Exercise is my mainstay and my goal every day, usually 45 minutes of water aerobics and a walk with my reluctant pooch! I have given up martinis for the time being, but not forever, and learning how to fit in a little fun stuff into my diet, like wine and chocolate.
