Okay, so less or no banana. Yes, my yogurt is unsweetened. And kale. Other than protein powders, what could I add to a smoothie that has protein? I haven't the slightest clue other than the yogurt.

Turkey bacon, lilydale brand is only 25 calories a slice, although it is quite processed.

Thanks for the good tips everyone. For now, I can add in a little dancing, the kids will love that, and after a few weeks, some gardening and heavy housework (with 3 little ones, there's no shortage of that!).

Pay off debt, put lots into savings/retirement/kids college fund, have 2 more kids (5 total), take a family vacation every year, renovate the kitchen once the mortgage was paid off.
