And when that window opens I eat a very…

  • i like to snack before bed also. I dont fight it i just monitor my calorie intake so i can eat a large dinner (1000+ calorie usually) and after dinner i may snack on baby carrots, celery stalks or grapes. Lately ive been having a casein based protein shake mixed with almond milk and that has been working well as the…
  • are these just energy type supplements to get you amped for a more intense workout? at the moment I only take protein, a casein blend in the morning and night and a isolate whey before and after gym mid day. have been tinkering with the idea of trying these but am unsure of the benefit. thanks in advance
  • wow your flying! i also got bit by the running bug last year as I helped my wife get back to what she calls high school skinny! She has since run 2 half marathons and just signed up for her first full marathon. I've run a few full full marathons now and am training for a sub 3 hour to get into Boston. It is addicting to…

  • register for a marathon, bike race, duathlon, century, etc once the money is out there i feel like i need to be prepared. im not overly competitive and dont really care about my results but knowing an event is looming helps keep me "training" and eating healthy. My next event is a back to back duathlon...wife signed me up…
