I have just been given the Zumba dvd set from my work colleagues. Its great! Try the website. I use these as I can't get to a class now as I work funny hours. It is so much better with a group but if you can't, you can't! I still really enjoy it! I have the toning sticks too! The class I get too every now and then is not…

Love it. Just make sure you warm up properly. Five weeks ago I didn't and ended up with tear in my calf muscle. Can't wait to get back to it!

Have you seen the Wii fit active more work outs game. Better than the first one, cardio boxing, squash and my favorite which is the step. Fantastic. Keep thinking about buy Active 2 but buy everything I see,. Kettleworx, core ball cross trainer etc. Considering zumba dvds and game. Not sure I can fit much more in the house…

I joined MFP in January and love it. Started weightwatchers just before. Wish I hadn't now. Just cancelled it today!! Feel great about it. The support and friends I have here is great. I go for a 30 min walk most days. Getting out in the fresh air helps. When I am doing the housework I try and run up the stairs and stuff.

I retain more water then, so that would add extra weight. Just try and keep going and hopefully you will lose what you expected at the end! Good luck.
