HRM - Is this one any good
Hi I haven't got a lot of cash and am thinking about getting a HRM. I have found one on ebay. I have seen that you really need a chest strap if you want a more acurate calorie burnt reading. I am keeping below my calorie goal ..... well most of the time!! I generally eat fresh foods, egg natural yogurt, fresh fruit & veg, lean meat and not a lot of red meat. Fish every now and then. Hi I have a grade 2 tear of my gastrocnimus (calf muscle) been on crutches now for two weeks. Getting about the house without them but for any length of time getting about I need the crutches. WII Fit calories
I am going to do my WII Fit active (More workout) tonight. Squash, cardio boxing and step. I normally do 1 hour which says I have burnt nearly 700 calories (I have put the right weight and everything in). Do you think thats right? All advice welcomed. Thanks x
