Hi, I have already gone over my protein limit for today and haven't even had my evening meal ... is this bad? What does it mean to my diet?

Help is appreciated!!!

Thanks

It's the fat, salt and sugar you should worry about going over on, don't worry :)

MFP sets protein at 15%. A balance diet can consist of protein ranging from 10% up to 30%. So you can eat double what MFP says and be fine.

    Yup, Protein is GOOD!
Helps build and recover your muscles, if you want to build muscle you need looooads of protein.

I have lost the weight by having very low fat but very high protein foods, feels you up for longer too!

Protein is good for you! I have lost all of my weight by eating about 100g a day and keeping my carbs fairly low by consuming no processed foods and very little refined sugar.

High protein is ok... you really have to overload your body with proteins to cause damage to your health.
