  • Thanks for the advice. The last time I got my nutrients tested, I was fine on iron, but I just don't want to become deficient. I cook with a cast-iron pan for almost every meal, so hopefully that will help. Thanks!
  • mmmmm... i love it! i usually get fage nonfat plain and mix in frozen raspberries, banana, chia seeds, walnuts, and cinnamon. it's delicious and sooooo healthy!

  • One thing I refuse to give up is my morning coffee with half-and-half. I usually drink 2–3 cups, each with a tablespoon of half-and-half. It's really not that many extra calories, and I'd rather drink it and burn it off than not have any at all! Coffee just isn't the same without the cream. :)
  • Oh, and ALWAYS at least two cups of fair trade coffee with half and half. I can't cut that out!
