Boy does time get away from you when you’re living life. I was at a barbecue this weekend and actually did really well only eating small portions of everything and sharing. Though I did have a small ginger ale which was my first soda in two weeks and was not interested in it so I know I don’t need to go back there. I…

Per request. Pulled pork tacos: 1 pork loin 1 24 oz bottle of Mojo criollo marinade Crockpot on low for 8 hours. It allows me to a lot of food out of this so I can get creative outside of tacos I’ve added it to black beans rice and anything else your heart desires.

@trooworld I was doing pork tenderloin in the crockpot with mojo. Glad the cafe guy helped you come out on top. One thing I’ve gotten a little better add that if I bite into something and I’m not a fan and realize it will eat up my calories I get rid of it. No use wasting values on something that’s not satisfying. @tulsalo…

Happy Monday! Though I had a tough weekend personally I was able to hold my own for the most part. And after this first week I am down 4.2 pounds. And I’m someone who gains weight when stressed so this is through making good choices. I hope you all have something to celebrate and thank you for the support!

So this morning I was waiting for my car to go through inspection. Instead of sitting in the waiting room I walked around the plaza attached to the station. I decided to walk in 7-Eleven and did something unusual. I walk to the store and look for things that would be healthy food choices in case for some reason I had to go…

My patient (older adult) said, “why do I need to do exercise? She does it everyday and is fat.” So I don’t want to be the fat exercise instructor

If a teacher can lose weight eating only Twinkies then I say ignore the sugar intake unless you are diabetic or way over your calorie intake.

Just running in place while watching your favorite TV show will help. I also use free only fitness videos (YouTube, netflix, amazon). I also find indoor places to walk. Also calisthenics are good too. Jumping jacks, planks, situps, pushups, etc

It's not easy but think about the people you are donating them to. Either they can't afford clothes or they have lost weight to and need a new wardrobe. Keep up the great work!
