Congratulations on making the decision to commit to this! I'm also very active, but my issues arise when it comes to eating. Im active on MFP as I love the motivation it provides me. You can definitely do this!!! :)

Thanks for sharing that! That IS so motivating. Congratulations! You can definitely keep it off! My motivation was fledgling after an indulgent long weekend but I truly am inspired ( also I have a dress fitting myself in about two weeks!)

When is your wedding date? I am sure you can get back to where you were when you ordered the dress! My first instinct is to comfort-eat when things get rough - but dont do it! You will feel worse after if you do, but if you get through this without comfort-eating you will feel doubly better knowing you resisted. I know its…

Hi Lauren, welcome! MFP is great for motivation and making me accountable! I'm getting married August 16th, so really need to focus the next few months. I've seen some weight loss, but know I could do better as I've lately been indulging a little TOO much! Told myself after a visit with the Easter bunny this weekend that…

I have been extremely good with my workouts but didn't log on the weekend and ate A LOT of unnecessary stuff. I visited my parents house Saturday and that always seems to derail me as its always 'eat more...what, you don't like my cooking..it doesn't taste good?" ARGHHH! I managed to lose 1lb last week, so I'm happy but…

Congrats on sticking to things so far! The first few days are always the toughest. Hang in there - throughout my weight loss, I would see huge fluctuations - like a 5lb gain ( seemingly out of nowhere) followed by a 'loss' the next day. The gain would be enough to send me directly for the chocolate cake ( hahaha) but I've…
