Only 11 pounds lost- But it's a BIG difference!

I started slim in 6 about 4 weeks ago and so far I have "only" lost 11 pounds... But I can fit into jeans I haven't worn in two years! After all the pain and suffering, a low-carb diet was what worked for me and the exercise program worked. I have hormonal issues that make it difficult for me to lose weight. I just took this picture with my phone yesterday and didn't realize what a huge difference it was until I compared it to a picture taken before I started losing.

I wish I had a better picture to share but I hated people taking pictures of me. This is pretty much it for a picture that has any of my body. I hope this keeps working!

    Thanks guys! I am so excited after trying so many things that haven't worked for me. When I stepped on the scale I was disappointed, but I know muscle weighs 5x more than fat so I figure that's whats going on here because I know my waist is a TON smaller than it was.

    You probably have lost way more than 11 pounds of fat, but your body is adding strength and muscle. Some people are able to trade fat for muscle easily, and it looks like you are one of them. Keep up the good work! You look fantastic!

    ONLY lost 11? You should be screaming that from the mountain tops. That is a huge accomplishment so don't use the word ONLY....one that not everyone can say they have achieved! With that said, I agree with others above...you look fantastic! Congrats on your hard work paying off! You should feel really proud of yourself!
