They died before I met my husband. ;( From what I have been told..............I would have liked his father but his mother would have been another story.

I have similar problems with my right foot. Dropped a piece of wood on it a couple of years ago. Tried running but it just aggravated it. Because of this I gave up running and started weight training (Stronglifts 5x5). Now my foot doesn't hurt (much).

I have my own equipment at home. But, my hubby has been renovating the room for a few weeks. That combined with going away for Christmas had me worried. So it was suggested that I try a program called "You are your own gym". I downloaded the app to my iPhone. You may want to consider this or another bodyweight program.

I use this program when I'm on vacation. The app even works without internet. Very easy to follow.

Or do the stronglifts program as it is written. Do some cardio as a warm-up. Your body needs rest days.

There is an iPhone app for "You are your own gym". Easy to follow but cost $2.99 (cheaper than the book).
