Day 9 rested (in addition to day 8) day 10 105 wide leg squats (theses seem to cause less stress on my knees right now. Keep up the good work :D

Unfortunately I will not be continuing to move forward in this challenge. I just signed up with a fitness tracker at my local YMCA and I believe if I do both strength 3x per week... cardio 3 days with some Belly dancing and Zumba mixed in, I will be overworking my body. Thanks for all the encouragement :D

I did 80 wide leg squats to protect my knees (that are a bit sore) Keep up the good work all :D

Dis 80 wide leg squats, there was less pressure around my knees. I will bp going to my PT to make sure I'm strengthening all the right muscles to keep me injury free :)

I didn't have much time at home today so I did a 35 min workout on the elliptical...avg heart rate 165. Yayyy I will resume tomorrow. :)

I'm on day 4 and substituted an hour long intense kickboxing class. :)

My understanding is that eating a low carb/high protein diet keeps your body in a state of ketosis (using fat for energy). Hope this helps :D
