I'm on it for PCOS and Insulin resistant. I'm supposed to take 4 500mg pills a day. I'm lucky if I can get them down. It's for me to swallow pills, especially large, chalky ones. I've lost my weight from exercising and changing my diet. I don't really think the meds are helping me with that, but they are keeping my periods…

Same thing happens to me. I'm tired right after my workout but when it comes time for bed, I toss and turn for a good 2 hours before I fall asleep. I'm going to start taking Melatonin.

Polo is right!!! You can NEVER do too much exercise. Just replenish yourself! I normally do 30DS or Shred It w/kettlebells (about a 25min workout) then I get on the treadmill and do sprints for 60-75 minutes, depending on how much time I have.

Exactly what they said. Limit your processed foods and eat more fresh veggies and lean meats. Sodium is just about in every ffod, so it's hard to avoid. I'd have to say that the calories and carbs for this are way off. 1 medium red potato has between 120-130 calories and 20-30 carbs just by itself. Just thought I would give you a heads up...
