Ok, I'm so disappointed! Just about every day I go over my sugar intake for the day and it's usually done by breakfast. Should I be counting the sugar in fruits and milk?

Newbie Here and a little confused on how this works...
So, I am supposed to eat 1360 calories a day, but once I'm done working out and plug that info in, it adds those calories to my "account" per say. I don't get that. Why does it do that? Apparently I've been wrong about sushi being good for you. I try to have it once a week, but it looks like I won't anymore. I can't believe that 1 spicy tuna roll is 360 calories and 40 grams of carbs!!!! I'm literally shocked!!!! =(
