  • I know this post is kind of old but I place my supplies in the right building but the level bar never moves. Its like all my building are still on level 0. How long does it take to start leveling up? Im on level 5.
  • Thanks for everyones advice. I guess till I loose a little more weight ill just keep doing what i am doing to keep the muscle i already have then start working more on increasing muscles later. Before I started MFP i had already lost 10 pounds without the heavy lifting days. So ill just with it for now :)
  • Ok. I lift heavy on my weight lifting days. My husband has one of those pulley system machines and we workout together. I lost 13 pounds before starting the app by working out and eatting low calories im just afraid of gaining…
  • Well i was eatting less. When i was off from work i would eat eggs for breakfast then nothing but coke till my husband would come home from work 9 hours later. Then we would share a whole pizza and an order of cheese sticks. When i was at wllork i would eat mcdonalds and candy. So i guess i was getting a lot of calories…
  • [quote/] Your calculations are perfectly accurate, however, in practice, you might find you have less success at such a steep deficit. To illustrate this, what would you have to eat to lose three and a half pounds a week? The same math says you would need to eat nothing. Starvation is bad for your body and thus I recommend…
  • Mokey41- that was a lot easier. If i had stopped for a second i might have thought of that :) why is it so high? Im having trouble just eatting 1200 calories a day. Would it be ok to eat most of the calories for breakfast like in a protein smoothie or something?
