I love using Natalie Eco's Kickboxing video on Youtube.. its 18 mins but really intense.. I wish she had a DVD cause I don't have time to attend the class here in Jacksonville :-/

my cousin has been using this product for about 2 months.. she has dropped 28 lbs.. her eating habits are great, she drinks at least a gallon of water a day, and she exercises for 1 to 1.5 hours each morning... I am with her most of the time so I know her habits.. The main thing is she has changed and adapted a healthier…
