    Getting a lot of messages on what my diet is. This is how I do it.

    I made up my own kind of diet(s) I alternate between diets to confuse my body so I don't hit plateaus. One week of nothing but juice/fruit, three weeks of Atkins, three weeks of a normal calorie deficit diet (1600 cals.) Then, of course, a lot of cardio.

    It works for me. :)
