Hey, I decided just to stick with the plan rather than skip ahead. Like Jillian says and someone here suggested, I have been making it harder by using weights for some of the exercises and doing the more advanced version where possible. What did you decide to do?

Hi guys, I started today. Plan was to start yesterday but didn't quite work out that way. Recently finished Ripped in 30 and to be honest didn't find phase 1 workout 1 too challenging. Why don't you do blend every individual ingredient separately? That way you can pin point exactly where they are coming from!

Hi, In a similar situation to Krissy_173. Have just bought the triple box set with Extreme Shed and Shred, Killer Buns and Thighs and Ripped in 30. Have 30 Day Shred also. Planning on mixing workouts up so hoping that this group will help keep me on track!
