Any extra Protein you have spills out via your kidneys. Is this bad? Some say it works the kidneys too hard but my Dr said if i stay around 100 Grams that is not too excessive.

I am doing the 30/30 still but can see what you mean about sipping water while eating. If I find something to be be too dry i will sip a bit and be done. it seems to kick in my own natural saliva again.
