You picked a great site and place to start. Good luck - make sure to take the ups with the downs and don't give up too quickly- you didn't gain 63 lbs. in a day- don't expect to lose it in a day either- WELCOME!!!

You picked a great place to start- I needed this to make me be accountable- everything I put in my mouth and every mile on the treadmill gets documented- don't care who else sees it- just for my own self accountability. Good luck and am very jealous of you getting to go to Disney.

Are you lifting weights or doing ab routines- what exactly are you doing to lose the weight?

Pretty sure you can be addicted- my husband almost has to force me to take a day off- I am just worried if I take a day off that it will become habit like that of working out- It's just that you feel so good about yourself after a good sweat!!

I am fabulous because even though I worked out yesterday and didn't lose any weight- I am still motivated to get on that treadmill again tonight. :)

:flowerforyou: I am not new to the diet game either- been up and down my whole life- lose 50 lbs and then gradually gain it- on the way down of this roller coaster ride- this site really helps- down 7 lbs since last Monday.
