Depends how much. Although empty calories. I say if it fits your macros do it. It really depends on your goal. If you want to be super cut then ditch it.. Geeze I need to listen to my own advice...lol.. Actually day 2 on a no alcohol regime at present.

I lost my weigh eating 1700 calls a day now I don't track but think I am around the 3000 mark I would say. Slowly gaining but I know if I cut to 2000 a day I would lose. Just need to get back in the game..

Have you take measurements. Due to all your exercise you may be losing weight but packing on muscle. It takes along time to pack on muscle, be patient. Work out your tdee and make sure you are eating enough for your heavy exercise regime.

I go to a gym that has a physiotherapist on site... Most people that come for treatment are overweight... There is one lady who has had a stroke, she is huge....now she has to do physio to get movement back... I was watching her while I was on the bike the other day and she kept shaking her head to say no to the physio guy…

I make my own with a wrap base. Just as quick as thawing and cooking a frozen pizza... Not too much cheese, basil and tomatoes, yummy... Try that if u have wraps in your cupboard next time... Know what you mean ready made pizzas are yuck.

If you plan to weigh daily you need to get an app that works out the fluctuations. Otherwise you will just do your head in. 10lbs is not a lot and 3 days is not long enough to get a true reading of daily body fluctuations. I can move 2 lbs in one day.. I weight daily every morning but have scales that track via Bluetooth…
