This^ However if you have the time do weights in the morning then do cardio in the evening. Do two-a-days and space em out or vice versa.

It is possible but not entirely realistic. For heavier individuals yes, but if you're closer to a healthy weight range then 8-10lbs in 2 months is more realistic.

The serratus anterior perhaps? Or maybe your lats? If it is the serratus, what has always helped mine grow and get strong are doing deadlifts. For lats I do Bent over rows and front squats help a lot too! (clean grip)
