I am completing the 30DS today!!!!!! YA!!!!!! Although I decided to take every 4th or 5th day off for recovery, I feel great! Much stronger and ready for Ripped in 30, I`ll check in with my stats tomorrow morning....:drinker:

I walk 4+ km at least 5 days a week with a large incline, using walking weights(ankle and hand). I also use my HRM and it`s usually around 320 or so for me, but I walk this distance within an hour. I also have the FT4 and LOVE it! BUT, does anyone know how to shut off the annoying beeping when your not in your target zone...it drives me CRAZY when I`m cooling down and using weights sometimes.... plus it drives my dog crazy when I walk him, he`s always looking to see where that beeping noise is coming from LOL.
