I'm on my 2nd week of T25. I completed the 1st mth of Insanity.

I work 12 hr night shifts exclusively. It was already mentioned before, but I eat just what I pack and hope no one brought treats. the 3 of us on shift are all trying to eat healthy and are on MFP so it is good support.

I did better than the guy and girl on the first exercise, okay on a few and then really slow on others. The test definitely got my heart pounding so I can just imagine what the real deal will be like. I see some people log their insanity exercise as "general circuit training" I wish their were an insanity selection.

I am on day 15 of 30 day shred. I take 1 day off a week from exercise plus a day or two a week to mix it up with a different exercise. I definitely recommend the workout.

we'll have to go for a walk when it gets nicer out. by nice I mean like 60.

tofu generally needs to be cubed & marinated otherwise it is tasteless. I marinade and saute it with veggies in stir fry or cook with a little chicken stock and prepare them like scrambled eggs.
