I actually fill it out the night before! It's probably the best thing I've done for myself because it lets me know when I can or cannot have extra food throughout the day. I just alter it a little at the end of the day if need be. It makes the day really easy because everything is already planned:smile:

What's wrong with peanut butter? As long as you eat it in moderation it has health benefits:)

Pure envy. I can't tell you how many times people just shrug off the fact that I've lost 20 pounds and offer me some dessert. Do they not even understand the concept? I feel like some people are just out to sabotage me...:indifferent:

I need to replace the word "diet" with the word "lifestyle"

It just seems so unreasonable:( But I guess it makes more sense to go with the lower estimate rather than potentially cheat myself..

I make sure to plan my day ahead of time, so I know if I have room or not for snacks. Also, if I ask myself the question "What am I hungry for?" I can determine if I'm feeling "real" or "fake" hunger. If I want a specific food, then the hunger isn't real, but if I'm open to a variety of options, then I am experiencing real…

As a matter of fact I did it today! However, it's the only Jillian Michaels video I've actually done. But you seriously feel the burn doing this because it's all strength training and it incorporates all of your body. I burn about 140 calories doing the whole video, and it gives me really good tone and defnition. I try to…

Ya I've heard that this is a good way to go about it. It's just gonna be annoying to have to still restrict myself even after I'm where I want to be at :/

I found a couple really cute bikinis from Victoria's Secret and Tilly's and my goal is to be able to rock a size Medium bottom:happy:

Being able to eat homecooked meals with the family every night. It sucks just lingering on the outskirts of the kitchen having to steam veggies...

Oh definitely. I eat at regular intervals and I never really find myself feeling hungry.

For some reason on the weeks that I eat back my exercise calories but net at 1200, I don't lose weight. So I thought maybe eating back the calories affected my weight loss?

I let those moments be the ones that define me and not the occasional little slip ups I make. I totally know the feeling and I love it. Every night I make a list of all the temptations I avoided throughout the day and I use that as my motivation:)

Restricting your food intake that severely is definitely the wrong way to go about it. Also, I would pay more attention to measurements than to what the scale says. But they best way to get super fit is to do a lot of cardio and strength exercises and to eat clean.

I always log it the night before right after I complete my diary entry for the day. I find that it REALLY helps me to keep my portion sizes under control, mostly because I don't want to have to go back and change my diary during the day. Also, I'll know when I really have extra calories to spare (I log workouts ahead of…

I love to get a nutty flavored bread and toast it with some peanut butter spread on top! I'll usually pair this with another piece of toast topped with jelly. I'm also a fan of peanut butter banana smoothies:)

Thank you so much to everyone who replied to my post. I needed a wake up call, and I got it. I know now that it's going to be a struggle, and that every time I get knocked down I'm going to have to do my very best to pick myself up. In my heart I know how bad I want this for myself, and I'm not ready to give up, I'm ready…

Peanut butter! I always make room for it, even if that means a 5 mile run!

Count me in! Technically, I have 8 pounds to go to reach my goal weight, but losing 10 definitely wouldn't hurt:laugh: I'm just hoping to be there by the beginning of May!!

Breakfast for dinner! I'm having an egg white sandwich with hot sauce:)

I NEVER considered calories or made any time whatsoever for exercise. I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted it, and I always ate in excess. I had no idea that I was slowly destroying my own body.

Prior to my weight loss journey, I would call it a dead tie between In-N-Out and KFC. Those were the good ole days...

Hey! I've been doing insanity for almost two months, and I've lost 15 pounds. I went from 152 lbs to 137 pounds, and I'm 5'6". I would DEFNITELY encourage you to purchase Insanity, because it's one of the best investments I've ever made. It will kick your butt, but the results are going to be amazing if you stick with it.…
