How did you maintain your weight loss?

I'm down to the final 6lbs before I hit my goal weight, and to be honest, I'm a little nervous. I eat anywhere from 1200-1500 calories per day, and I workout 6 days a week and aim to burn at least 300 calories a day. I've consistently lost 2 pounds a week, and have lost a total of 18 pounds over about two and a half months. I'm worried that once I reach my goal weight if I eat at maintenance level and exercise a little less I will end up gaining weight.
Do you have any advice as far as weight maintenance goes?

I think that increasing your calories by 100/day each week until you get to a point where you neither gain nor lose is a pretty good way to find your maintenance calorie level and in the meantime, you should continue losing weight because you are still under maintenance level calories.
That's my plan.0 -

Yeah, I just figure that even if it sucks, it doesn't suck as much as regaining weight and having to lose it again0
