How did you maintain your weight loss?

I'm down to the final 6lbs before I hit my goal weight, and to be honest, I'm a little nervous. I eat anywhere from 1200-1500 calories per day, and I workout 6 days a week and aim to burn at least 300 calories a day. I've consistently lost 2 pounds a week, and have lost a total of 18 pounds over about two and a half months. I'm worried that once I reach my goal weight if I eat at maintenance level and exercise a little less I will end up gaining weight.

Do you have any advice as far as weight maintenance goes?

I think that increasing your calories by 100/day each week until you get to a point where you neither gain nor lose is a pretty good way to find your maintenance calorie level and in the meantime, you should continue losing weight because you are still under maintenance level calories.

    That's my plan.

Ya I've heard that this is a good way to go about it. It's just gonna be annoying to have to still restrict myself even after I'm where I want to be at :/

Yeah, I just figure that even if it sucks, it doesn't suck as much as regaining weight and having to lose it again
