hi, ive just started dieting properly, never though id need to do it :(. Dont want to lose a lot of weight im actually trying to tone up but obviously need to eat correctly or my abs will not appear through this little pot belly that seems to have appeared over night :P. would love some motivating fitnesspal friends so…
