Just in need of some advice-
Not really trying to lose weight but more tone up and lose this podgy fat gut that has formed on my tummy! I don't eat unhealthy as such all my meals are home cooked eat veg fruit (not much though) and I try to train atleast 2x a week 1day upper body and 2day lower body plus cardio and abs at the end of each session. Has anyone got any advice on how to lose this fat on my tummy that preventing my abs from saying hello???
Any advice would be helpful!

Keep lifting, get good protein, eat at a deficit.0

Lift heavy - low rep, slight deficit works magic. Your weight may change slightly or stay the same but you will have a smaller, tighter body.
It would be awesome if you shared your stats (age, weight, height and approx amt of cals per day)0 -
I am 22, 5;4kg, 5ft2 and about 1300 ish but I haven't been keeping track for a while.0

Consistency in exercise and the kitchen are key. Keep on lifting. Muscle will give you the shape you want. It is good to life ~3 days/week and work in other forms of exercise on the other days (intervals, yoga, lighter cardio for recovery). I always exercise 6-7 days/week. Unfortunately, those last few lbs of fat are tough to get rid of, but you can do it for sure!

Pilates will tone up your stomach.0

I would aim to eat a bit more per day.. Sounds like the wrong advice but if you are lifting and fairly active, you may not be eating enough. Not sure how much to tell you to eat but Google scooby's calculator and enter your info there. Sometimes if we don't eat enough, our body holds onto fat0
