  • Regarding burning...are you using it cold? My dr. said to keep the ones I am not using refrigerated, but not the pen I am using. I find the only time it burns is when I didn't realize I was out and had to use a cold pen.

  • there is a website called dotti's weight loss zone that has a large collection of restaurants listed. I try to check there or the particular website as the databsse is not always correct. I will find something comparable at a chain if we are at a local place and just use that as "close enough".
  • I take Barlean's Omega Swirl. It is a liquid instead of capsule. I use the "key lime pie" flavor It is actually tasty, not fishy at all. I have no idea about it's benefits for weight loss as we started for brain and heart health.

  • My quick go to is Chicken Ranch tacos in the crock pot - chicken breast, chicken broth, 1 pkg. taco seasoning, 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix. Cook all day. I make a salad for myself and then tacos for the kiddo. Is high in sodium, but overall not too bad.
