I just started Insanity yesterday :) The only other exercise I am doing is circuits for 20 minutes as soon as I wake up (I got the circuit exercises out of Seventeen Magazine) :) I feel so much better since I have been eating right the past couple weeks and since I have been trying to do exercise. :)

Well I have always been big...but I was bigger my 8th grade year...I did the Leslie Sansone "walk away the pounds" VHS and i was losing 5-6 pounds a week (with a normal diet..just healthy food..no calorie restrictions). but i went back to my normal habits sadly..but its okay because now i am dedicated and motivated. I am so excited to get my 30DS DVD. I ordered it and it is suppose to be here by the 18th. I am planning on doing that as my morning workout and Insanity as my afternoon workout. :)
