Mine is getting to the gym three days in row, even though a bit sore. Have not run in a bit and really enjoying it again.

I an 5'8". When I started this journey, I thought 164 would be great. Now that I get closer to that goal, I realized that I will have to go a bit lower on the weight to get comfortable. I am learning how to cook healthy, and tonight I made a great soup with a side of roasted squash. Tasty and healthy. Normally I would have added two pieces of toast with extra butter. Also, fit into a cute shirt my husband bought for me three years ago that I never thought I would be able to wear.

Hiking in the Appalachian Mountians Visiting my family. They have not seen me for abit (live halfway across the country), and have them be surprised at the new me.
