Full Trigger?
I think part of my problem is I do not know when I am full, until after I have eaten to much. What works for others to slow down and eat slower, or smaller meals, or whatever. Just need some tips and tricks to know when to stop. BTW. This is not every meal, just more out at restaurants. Thanks :)

What is your goal prize?
I have been thinking about what to treat myself with once I get to my goal weight, and have not came up with any good ideas. Maybe a trip or clothes... What are you going to do when you reach goal weight as a treat? or your next mini goal?

What was your NSV this week? Sometimes it is a bit more difficult to think of one, but they are always there.
