You could try zevia it is made with stevia you can get it at the health food store. It is high but i don't drink it very often.

Lol i think the reason diet soda drinker are overweight is because they order a larger cheeseburger , larger shake, larger fries and a diet coke. Like somehow the diet coke makes it better lol. I see that all the time.

me too. The aldi brand is a couple dollars cheaper and has the same protein. Since i am using it in my morning kefer shake and it has berries it taste good.

I was wondering when you say 5-10 g of sugar is that all sugar or added sugar? Is it natural sugar like in fruit and milk and stuff or do you only count the add sugar honey? I am about 80# overweight and have high blood sugar and I am still trying to figure all this stuff out. Thanks

I agree with you the ups and downs i get from carbs (grains and sugars) make me grouchy and snappy. I feel so much better when i stick with low carb.

Aldis has some pretty good turkey sausage sticks they are about 3 in. long i think there are like 14 to a pack. When i am in town i buy them for the kids they eat them with string cheese. There are beef ones to but they taste fatty and not as good.
