Sorry cross-posted Claire. I'm on 1,200 per day but usually eat below that. Thank you so much for posting what you eat as I have followed your weight loss and you are doing so well so I always wondered what you were eating. I just feel so angry at myself that I haven't reached my goal.

Thanks so much for your replies. Logg1e - I work - unfortunately sitting at a desk all day, I usually work through my lunch and eat at my desk. I leave the house at 7.20 am and get home about 6 pm. I then prepare dinner for the family and after dinner I usually go to visit my mum at the residential home. I am mum's only…

Hi I have been on Tamoxifen since October 2012. I have managed to,lose weight but VERY slowly. I really can't afford to over eat at all as the weight goes on very quickly. I have upped my exercise as well. Unfortunately the old saying 'eat less move more' is the only thing works for me. Good luck

Thank you all for taking the time to reply. I am going to try and double check everything and see how I go. I'm a bit scared to up my calories as I am terrified to put any more on. I will try this for acouple of weeks and then maybe up it slightly.

Thank you. I do try to be accurate but I didn't realise some of my entries were wrong. I do weigh and measure everything. The 120 g banana was weighed without skin and that was the calories mfp stated. Would I be safer checking calories elsewhre and adding as quick add? I didn't realise they could be wrong. The quick added…

Hi, I had very similar problems although it hit me about 6 months after I finished chemo. I broke 2 teeth and my nails started peeling and flaking. I had been doing some reading on a possible link between breast cancer (which is what I had) and low Vitamin D levels. I requested my onc do a Vitamin D test and my results…

Hi Lady, I had breast cancer in 2012 and just recently finished active treatment. I'm still on Tamoxifen which is bringing lots of weight issues. You have had a tough time. Feel free to add me as a friend. Good luck with your weight loss.

I'm also glad I found this. I have been on Tamoxifen since October 2012 and am still struggling to shift the weight. I put on weight during chemo and have struggled ever since. I have managed to get some off but need at least another stone before I get my op for asymmatry. I have been doing Slimming World but have been…
