  • Once I'm on the placebo pills and my body is doing it's own thing, I usually hold onto extra water weight and am a bit more bloated than usual. Which makes sense, so I don't even think twice about it. I usually get pretty fatigued the day before and day of my period. Sometimes I can workout and push past it, but if I don't…
  • Cleanses and detox diets are 100% not needed. We have a liver and kidneys for a reason :P Weight lost on those type of things is usually water and poop and will come back immediately.
  • I drink a little less than a gallon a day, usually. Some times less, but not usually more. :)
  • I make a creamy mustard sauce. Mix a bit of cream and mustard together, sprinkle in a bit of lemon pepper. It'd absolutely delicious on green beans too :)
  • Trust me, the fit test is probably the hardest workout in the entire program because you're meant to push yourself as hard as possible for that test :) The program is still challenging, though. It's main focus is on building up your endurance by bumping your heart rate up, then bringing it back down, then up again, etc.…

You need to be eating much more than you are now, unless you're a toddler or something. Which I…
  • I'm 5'4", but I think regardless of height bumping up the intensity of my workouts has helped tremendously. Started sprinting three times a week. Twice on a flat surface, once at an incline or on a hill. Flipping tires, adding kettlebells, not goofing around so much, going in with a plan, etc. Eating more food has helped a…
  • I only wash once a week and my hair is healthier than ever so I can only imagine how healthy her hair must be! It takes a while to build up to washing less, so you do have to put up with oily hair at first, but slap some baby powder or cocoa powder on it and it helps. No odor, hair doesn't get oily for days, quick showers,…
  • All you can do is keep the sodium and processed foods low (to avoid bloating and make sure you're eating nutrient dense foods most), make sure you're eating enough that allows your body to continue to use fat as an energy source (not protein aka your muscles), and stay active. Your body probably takes fat from the stomach…
