So, you lost water weight? I Just googled it and it looks like it is a mixture of Intermittent Fasting (Which I do) and Calorie Restriction (which most on this site do). absolutely! set your weight-loss in MFP to at least 2lbs (.9kg) per week and also work out as often as possible. You will get there in no time! (I have lost almost 10 lbs in about 2.5 weeks doing just that!)

I ate less and moved more. I tracked every calorie with mfp and didn't cheat. It really was that simple! Hopefully I will be done by mid June!
