I sure did. 75#. try to eat protein at every meal but dont stress about it. I eat carbs. i eat processed stuff. i drink real milk. i eat white bread, red meat. and when i reach goal nothing will change. just track everything.

that's how I judge my intensity. if my legs are shaking climbing the two steps to my front door I know I had a good workout. or when im raising my water bottle with shaky arms.

I work in L&D so most of my patients are fluffy themselves. I have never been judged by my weight. I have lost 44 lbs over 1.5 years. I share that with my co-workers. Went see WWE wrestling last night. Cereal and milk. yum. Early Mass this morning. Lunch at parents. Nap for work tonight. strength training after. sounds busy but my family does it all together. so it dont matter.
