  • These are really good for anyone who wants plant-based creamer in their coffee or tea. I just mix these two together and make half and half with it. The Silk milk is very true to cow's milk, it's made with coconut and oat milk and the cream is made with pea protein. Taste just like half n half and very creamy.
  • When I met my husband's family for the first time, mind you, this has been 14 years ago, they drank Kombucha, I tried it and hated it. It taste like fizzy tea that's gone bad. Of course they loved it, because they grew up in a home that ate healthy most of the time, but I just couldn't get into it at all. Every time I…
  • Ugh, my brother-n-law and his gf are doing this diet, every time she mentions it I just internally roll my eyes.
  • :| :| I don't think that's how that works.
  • I've been occasionally doing her videos here and there, but never really got into them until about 2 weeks ago. Started out with the beginner videos and slowly getting into the harder ones, her workouts are a lot of fun to do, don't get me wrong, they're not easy, but they are fun and give you a good workout.
  • Hello, would love some friends to cheer on! Just got my Zip a few weeks ago, used to have an UP band, but it died 2 times, so I switched to a Fitbit Zip. https://www.fitbit.com/user/3D54G8
  • I don't know if it's an odd combination, cause they eat it on the east coast I believe, but a Fluffernutter sandwich. It's peanut butter and marshmallow fluff/creme on bread, so good! Also, love burnt cheese, especially on a pizza, where it's that golden brown color. Great, now I'm hungry for pizza!
  • Raisins, if they're cooked into anything, like cinnamon raisin bread or whatever, they look like bugs to me and I just can't eat it. Also, coconut, I love the flavor of coconut things, but I hate actual coconut, I also don't like fat, like if it's on steak or any time of meat, it's just rubbery and I can't chew it, blech!…
  • I used to drink milk a lot, but then I got bronchitis a couple of years ago and ever since then I've had some pretty nasty problems whenever I do drink milk. I still drink it, just not as often I used too, I also use a little bit of half and half in my coffee every morning, some reason that small amount doesn't bother me…
  • Homemade buffalo chicken pizza and pepperoni and sausage pizza, chips and cheese dip, fried pickles and fried mushrooms, and various vegetables and beer
  • Almost all of my clothes that I bought only a few short months ago are starting to get very loose on me. I bought some shirts in extra large ( I wear/wore a large), because if you accidentally dry them and they shrink a bit they will still fit. Well I ended up never putting these shirts in the dryer like I usually do with…
  • nutritiondata.com has a converter on the front page at the bottom, so you can convert anything from lbs to kg, teaspoons to tablespoons or ounces to tablespoons, etc. Really great page for a lot of stuff.
  • It's in the bun/bread, in order for the bread/bun to rise the yeast has to have sugar to "feed" off of. Why Does Yeast Need Sugar? Answer Yeast needs sugar to grow; this means that yeast needs sugar or glucose to be able to thrive and produce energy. It consumes sugars, either added or in the flour itself in the process…
  • If you go to Wal-Mart they have a product called Stevia to Go, it's a liquid and you only need a little bit. It does not have an after taste and you can carry it with you, 160 servings and it only cost a little over 3 dollars. Since it's a liquid it works great for coffee and iced tea.
  • I started using full fat half n half and raw sugar to my coffee, but then i started weaning off the sugar altogether, sometimes I use sugar free vanilla or hazelnut syrups, and sometimes Stevia. This morning I drank a cup with just half and half and i realized I also like it that way. Try to find out what you like that…
  • Oh the best part is when the person who is giving you the negative comments is the one who told you that you needed to lose weight in the first place! My mom is always telling me "it's not healthy for you to be so overweight", "you really need to lose weight"... etc. Now that I am losing weight, and wanting to tell my mom…
  • My mother n law makes her own kombucha, I tried it a few times, but I could never get into it. To me, it just tastes like tea that's gone really bad, plus the process on how they make it is NOT appetizing at all.
  • I love smoothies, cold and tasty. The way I make mine is orange juice ( I also use Cuties Tangerine juice or their Tangerine,Orange, Pineapple juice), frozen fruit mix ( it has strawberries, mango, peach, and pineapple), vanilla yogurt, a banana, and a little bit of stevia. Really tasty! You can pretty much put anything…
  • Just started today, have had the DVD since last Friday, finished D1L1, never thought that would happen, I usually quit if it's too hard, but today I pushed myself and finished it!
  • coffee with stevia and a small amount of half n half, and iced tea with stevia. My husband and I drink a lot of iced tea!
  • Wow, that's one beautiful breakfast. I had a Slim Fast shake and peanut butter toast, coffee with vanilla syrup and half-n-half.
  • My husband likes to eat dry oatmeal, but he mixes in peanut butter, coconut, raisins, and any kind of nuts we have on hand in the pantry, kind of like an uncooked granola.
  • I absolutely love the Walk @ Home DVDs from Leslie Sansone, they are simple to do, but they give you a great workout, especially if you are a beginner like me. There isn't any complicated moves or techniques you have to learn to do before you do it, all you do is walk and the rest they show you how to do. I also love…
