I took my first spin class today.. and am pretty sure my *kitten* is bruised! :/ oh the pain when sitting. lols So stealing my friends gel bike seat cushion thingy for next time :)

Don't give up. My weight goes up and down like a yoyo during the week so I only count my Monday afternoon weigh in! :)

I have the ft7 (polar) and its fab. I've used it for cardio/weights/classes and so far its my new exercise BFF :laugh: I like that I have a more accurate calorie count now.

I'm using the polar FT7 & I love it! Made my trip to the gym far more exciting :) Can't wait to use it for kettlebells etc *It arrived this morning so I may still be in the honeymoon phase*

I swapped my cereal for eggs in morning and that's helped. But I struggle with sugar too I try not to worry too much if its from fruit/veg :)

I'm so glad I came across this. I have the same(ish) problem, I can study without snacking but as soon as it comes to writing essays or reports I become a ridiculous snacker! Hi.. I started swimming because I'm doing a 5K too! I've managed to go from 10x25m to at least 60x25m twice a week which is helping lots with my feeble attempts at running lol my technique is quite bad but slowly getting better.

I love green tea , I have about 3 or 4 cups a day and have a little baggy in my bag too so if I'm at friends houses I have it with me. I've been drinking it with lemon in it which helps with the taste :)

We do wholemeal pasta and bread in our house. Although, I'm trying to be good and not eat so many, I'm a carb lover! :)
