Blood work is important! You could have a thyroid issue, with increased exercise it is important to keep protein intact up as well. Hope all is well with just a little help from your MD

I entered it as aerobic dance. I Zumba for 60 min. and it is anything but a low impact work out. I think the calories burned is a bit low. But perhaps that is a plus.

Since I am new to this. Could someone tell me why strength training does not count for calorie burn? Or am I entering something incorrectly? I don't think I can do cardio everyday. (:
