Saturday is my free day. I watch what I eat and try not to go completely crazy. Some Saturdays are better than others, but I'm still losing. I chose Saturday because that is date night, night for me and my husband. I find with having a free day helps me behave the rest of the week.

I keep Hershey's Kisses both at home and at work. At home I keep them in the freezer, at work my desk so I don't have to go back to the kitchen. Try those. Especially if you freeze them. Just let one melt in your mouth. That way you taste and experience the chocolate and it last longer. :)

I did think of one thing...turkey burgers no bun. I make them fresh rather than the premade frozen patties. I usually use McCormick's Montreal Chicken, salt (cause turkey's really bland), maybe some chili powder. Mix all together and grill or however you would do them. They reheat nicely.

My favorite song to exercise to is "Badway" by Nina Gordon on her "Tonight and the Rest of My Life" album. Has a great beat and rhythm. You can listen here, track #4 http://www.lala.com/#song/360569462350851106

My Albertson's and Fry's (Kroger) both still sell them. Could be certain stores. I think I've also seen them at Walmart.

Nestle and Swiss Miss also make sugar free hot chocolate. I like the Nestle one better, probably because it has a few more calories than the Swiss Miss one. :)

If I have them I usually bring leftovers. However, my dinner meals are usually higher in calories so I don't usually and leave the left overs for hubby. Lately I've been doing a half turkey sandwich and a salad or a bag of the 100 Calorie Baked Cheetos. Maybe something like soup for lunch and then a large salad with…

I did some searching when I was buying my last loaf of bread. I've always just gone with the cheapest 100% whole wheat. I found this: Orowheat - Whole Grain - 100% Whole Wheat Bread. It's 90 calories per slice. Everything else I looked at was 100+ calories for 100% whole wheat. It's a bit more expensive but I'm saving at…

Try Beano. It's available in pill and used to be available in drop form in which you'd just put a few drops on your first bite of food. I counted Weight Watcher's points last year. I know what you mean about the fiber and the effects of it. :-\

Uhhh I've just finished my 4th glass. I did have some decaf tea though.
