Back to school today. Kids were good. I’m tired and it’s cold. I logged my food but I just don’t want to exercise. I’m so easily derailed. The Pilates I do is an online program called Lindywell. I made it a point to do a Pilates workout today. I could see myself making excuses that I had other things but I put myself first and did the little workout. Logged my food and was under calories. Hit my step goal. Yay! Snow day today. Most likely back to school tomorrow. Congratulations on the new puppy. How fun!
