Today was busy busy. Non-stop til now. I finally saw a doctor about this cough I’ve had since mid-January. He put me on symbacort. I don’t like taking another medication but it’s helping already. I made it a point to do a Pilates workout today. I could see myself making excuses that I had other things but I put myself first and did the little workout. Logged my food and was under calories.
