I did it! I was brave and went to the gym despite all the upper school kids. My goal was :15 minutes. I did :20. Because I’m so out of shape, it ended up being a “vigorous” workout according to my HR. So that’s a win! Everything logged and already over my step goal. 😊

Weigh in 220.7 Busy week with orientation for my new job. Next week too. My daughter, son in law and granddaughter were at the Grasshoppers game last night too. And they won yay! They are visiting.
