  • Sorry for missing my weigh in. Life has been hectic. My average weight if you want it for an April starting is 218.8. I considered going on support because I don’t feel like I’m keeping up. April will be pretty crazy with all this job stuff. May should be better. Or I can just keep popping in like I am now.
  • Very stressful afternoon. Boooo Cried a few tears. Then put on music and marched and danced around my house until I hit my 7,000 step goal. Also got 25 moderate minutes of exercise. I feel better. It’s a win. Only thing I ate was a half banana with peanut butter. Also a win. I’ll be back later.

  • There is a woman I follow on IG LEAHHOPEHEALTH. She has lost over 200 pounds and is amazing. In her post today, she wrote this. It really struck me. She went on to say choosing to be consistent was hard but made her life so much larger as she got smaller.
